In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations such as Company Law, Securities Law and Corporate Governance Criteria of Listed Companies, a corporate governance structure consisting of shareholders' general meeting, board of directors, board of supervisors and management has been established. And a mechanism of mutual coordination and checks and balances among power organs, decision-making organs, supervisory organs and management has been formed. Board of directors of the company has four professional committees: strategy, audit, nomination, salary and assessment, which play a positive role in the scientific decision-making of the board of directors. Meanwhile, the company has systematically set up an internal management organization, established a set of management norms and processes that meet the requirements of modern enterprises, and formed a relatively complete internal control system.
